Responsibilities

Sales

  • Drive sales growth through daily outreach and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, nutritionists, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and convert leads.
  • Manage procurement and inventory.
  • Streamline operational processes for efficiency.


Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to plan campaigns.

  • Align sales and marketing strategies based on insights.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Nutraceuticals.

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

  • Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, MS Word, email).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain scientific studies to medical professionals.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
